Kanye West “I Would Have Voted For Trump”

Kanye West has always been something of a provocateur and a nihilist, and is staunchly anti-political correctness.

Last night he stirred a maybe unprecedented level of controversy, however, declaring at a Saint Pablo Tour show in San Jose: “I would have voted on Trump”.

“This is my platform and I’m going to talk about the paradigm shift that’s happening right now,” he said at the top of a 40-minute political speech that came at the cost of several songs.

It’s hard to ascertain exactly the point he was trying to make as we only have tweets and videos from attendees, not a transcript, to go off, but it sounds as though he was mostly praising the disruptive nature of Trump’s campaign, which ‘inspired racists to reveal themselves’.

“Whether you voted for Hillary or Trump, this is a safe space for both of you,” he told the audience, asking any Trump voters to make themselves known. He also reiterated his desire to run for president in 2020, saying his focus would be on education and that his campaign would use a different political model.

“Stop focusing on racism,” he added, declaring sombrely: “We are in a racist country – period.” His stance stands in stark contrast to 2005 Kanye, who famously declared that “George Bush doesn’t care about black people” in the wake of the devestating Hurricane Katrina.

The concert received an understandably mixed response.

Kanye was apparently happy when one woman screamed that she loved him in spite of his appreciation of Trump’s campaign, but there was also a lot of booing, stunned silence and even a few projectiles – one of which was a Yeezy shoe, which Kanye promptly signed and returned to the thrower.

Kim Kardashian Held At Gun Point In Paris

Kim Kardashian West was robbed of millions of dollars worth of jewelry while visiting Paris on Sunday night, according to a judicial source and reports.

A second source with knowledge of security at the private mansion where the reality TV star was staying told NBC News that she was tied up during the incident and that a wedding ring was among the valuables taken.

Kardashian West’s spokeswoman said that she was left “badly shaken but physically unharmed” after being held at gunpoint by two armed, masked men.

The culprits escaped with a ring worth about $4.5 million and a jewelry box containing other items worth $5.6 million, the judicial source said. The Associated Press also cited a Paris police official as confirming that account.

The judicial source told NBC News that five individuals dressed as police officers went to the building Sunday night.

An authoritative source with knowledge of the hotel’s security said an overnight watchman was on duty when he was overcome by armed men. They took the key to where Kardashian West was staying and ran around the building trying to find the correct apartment.

Once inside, the source said, the men tied her up and put her in the bathroom. The source added that the robbers seemed to have known that security was light on Sunday night, triggering speculation it may have been an inside job.

North West Gets Baptized In Jerusalem

Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West visited a centuries-old Armenian church in Jerusalem on Monday for the baptism of their daughter, North West.

The Kardashians fended off swooning fans as they entered the Saint James Cathedral in Jerusalem’s Old City. Kardashian, appearing overwhelmed, clutched the tiny girl as she was escorted by West, her sister Khloe and hooded clergymen

“Stop,” Kim Kardashian shouted to the crowd. “Stop! It’s not safe for the baby,” her sister added.

Archbishop Aris Shirvanian, an Armenian church official, said the family had arrived for a baptism ceremony.

“Kim Kardashian’s daughter will be baptized and become a Christian officially and a member of the Armenian church,” Shirvanian said, slightly perplexed by all the commotion. “All I know is that she’s a famous personality. I don’t know her in person. In any case she is welcome with her family.”

There were no details on the ceremony, and the family left the church without speaking to reporters.

The members of reality TV’s first family arrived in a private jet at Israel’s international airport on Monday for what was described as a private two-day visit.

All were captured on camera disembarking their plane and the images featured prominently on Israeli websites. They were quickly whisked away in a dark black SUV to a hotel in Jerusalem. Paparazzi did their best to keep up with their movements.

The celebrities arrived from a high-profile visit to Armenia, where the Kardashian family traces its roots.

They are expected to shoot some footage for their reality show in Jerusalem before moving on to Jordan.

Kanye West Learns How To Shut Up

After joining the club of celebrity husband’s and dad’s, Kanye West has certainly learned a few things.

Kanye appeared on today’s birthday episode of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” and said that he’s changed since starting his new family.

“I’ve definitely learned how to compromise more,” he told DeGeneres with a laugh.

“Which is something you have to understand when you partner with people in business.”

“I’ve learned how to shut up more,” West, 37, quipped.

“I think I’m a better human being because of her and because of my daughter. And I always have someone to think about going home to.

“There are things I’ve done in the past that were considered negative, but I was really jumping in front of the tank for other people or for culture in a way so now I always have to have that in my mind that I have a family that I have to protect too.”

DeGeneres complimented the outspoken rapper for being calmer as of late.

“You don’t seem angry,” the comedian said.

“I don’t know if it was even anger, but it was just a way that you were getting all of your emotions out. Now I think your emotions are grounded in a way that they come out in protection and love and their channeled in a different way.

“I think I was going through my version of my terrible twos. My daughter she wants to express herself and she just doesn’t have the words for it,” West said comparing himself to 1-year-old North West.

“For me there was so many things I wanted to do with film and clothing and I just didn’t have the words or the resources or the backing or the perception that I could do it being that I was a rapper.”

Speaking of his adorable little girl, West gave all of the viewers a first look at his music video for his new song, “Only One” which was first released earlier this month in collaboration with Paul McCartney.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West got engaged last night in front of friends and family at San Francisco’s AT&T Park, according to E! News.

Now, here are all the romantic details of how the “Yeezus” rapper popped the question on Kardashian’s 33rd birthday.

West first asked Kris Jenner, Kim’s mother, for her blessing before he got down on one knee and presented Kardashian with a 15-carat diamond ring by jeweler Lorraine Schwartz, according to E!, the network that broadcasts the family’s hit show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

Having rented out AT&T Park – a baseball stadium – for the occasion, Kanye blasted “PLEEEASE MARRY MEEE!!!” on the Jumbotron and the reality star said, “Yes.”

West and Kardashian, who went public with their romance in 2012, are already parents to baby North West, who was born June 15.

The world got its first look at Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s daughter, North West, when the rapper revealed a photo of the baby girl during his appearance Friday on Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner’s talk show.

The baby girl, born June 15, is the first child for Kardashian and West.

“To stop all the noise, I thought it’d be really cool, on her grandmother’s season finale, to bring a picture of North,” West said, clarifying that the couple has “not attempted to get paid” for the image.

During the talk show appearance, West talked about fatherhood and his relationship with Kardashian.

“I was in love with her before I ever even got to talk to her,” he admitted to his girlfriend’s mother on the show.

Referencing Kardashian’s past relationships with professional athletes, West joked, “I wanted to be with her so bad that I thought about picking up sports.”

“I can have people saying that this is going to damage your credibility as an artist or a designer, and I say, ‘I don’t care, I love this woman,'” he said, adding, “She’s my joy, and she brought my new joy into the world. There’s no paparazzi and there’s no blog comments that’s going to take that joy from me.”

Speaking about fatherhood, the rapper joked, “I’m supposed to be this musical genius, but I can’t work the car seat that well.”

He also said becoming a dad has changed his outlook on life.

“After I lost my mother, there were times I felt I would put my life at risk,” he said. “I felt like sometimes I didn’t have something to live for. Now I have two really special people to live for, a whole family to live for, a whole world to live for.”

But it sounds like the babymoon may already be coming to an end. Kardashian tweeted a photo Monday of Carnival, and wrote, “Bye beautiful Rio!”

The Kardashians may have taken the definition of sharing to a whole new level.

After jet-setting from Los Angeles to New York City, Kim Kardashian joined big sis Kourtney Tuesday morning on the Today show, where they chatted about motherhood, marriage, and breastfeeding with host Savannah Guthrie.

“[Kourtney] said, ‘Like one sister should babysit all the kids so I can go, and then whichever sister’s babysitting should just breastfeed all the kids,” Kim shared.

“I didn’t say let’s try this. But [Kim] did say, ‘Does that not freak you out?’ and I said, ‘No, it doesn’t.’” Kourtney retorted.

Drifting away from their silly banter, Kim, who is three months pregnant, admitted that she hasn’t quite settled into mommy mode yet.

“I think until I really start seeing a belly, it won’t really sink in. It’s just a weird realization, but I think until you start seeing the physical changes…you know, every day is different,” the 32-year-old said about expecting her first child.

Kim K & Kanye Buy First Home For $11M In Bel Air

Jennifer Aniston can now call Kimye her new neighbors, as Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have reportedly bought an $11 million mansion in the exclusive Bel Air Crest gated community in LA.

According to TMZ’s sources, the rapper and his baby mama have dropped some serious cash for a 14,000-square-foot luxury nest.

Along with Aniston, Chris Paul and Joe Francis reportedly live in the same neighborhood.

It’s said the parents-to-be have already owned the house for weeks and have been fitting out their place with a gym, a movie theater, full hair and makeup salon, bowling alley, basketball court, indoor and outdoor pool…and, we’re guessing, a tricked-out baby nursery.

TMZ reported that the house was originally 10,000-square-feet but apparently the duo needed an extra 4,000 for the additional fixings, as money (or modesty) is no object.

Reports say West and Kardashian have turned down a $3 million tabloid offer for the first baby pics and are perhaps holding out for an even higher bidder. Celeb baby pics famously fetch staggering sums. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie reportedly amassed a record $14 million for first photos of their twins, however they gave the money to charity.

“It’s true!! Kanye and I are expecting a baby. We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us,” Kardashian, 32, wrote on her Celebuzz blog early Dec. 31, referring to her late father Robert Kardashian, Sr. — who died of esophageal cancer in 2003 — and West’s mother, Donda, who passed away four years later.

“Looking forward to great new beginnings in 2013 and to starting a family. Happy New Year!!! Xo” Kardashian blogged.

West confirmed the couple’s pregnancy during a Sunday night concert in Atlantic City. The “Heard Em’ Say” rapper, 35, told the crowd to “stop the music and make noise for my baby mama,” referring to his girlfriend, who was in the audience.
