Demi Lovato Opens Up About Body Issues

Demi Lovato opens up about her ongoing struggle with body issues during an upcoming appearance on “Katie,” where she reveals her insecurities started at just 3 years old.

“I remember being 3 years old in a diaper and rubbing my hand over my stomach,” Lovato says, “and I remember thinking in my head ‘I wonder if one day this will ever be flat?’”

Lovato’s misconceptions about her body, as well as bullying from peers who called her “fat,” led “The X Factor” judge to battle with bulimia, cutting, and depression.

Of the teasing, Lovato says, “It played more of a toll on me than if I was physically abused in school. ”

“I’ve always said I wished that they had just hit me in the face and gotten it over with because what they said to me sticks to me to this day and it [turned] me into the person I am today,” she tells Katie Couric.

Of course, Lovato herself ended up hitting someone else in the face, her backup dancer, during an altercation in 2010.

Calling the incident “a huge mistake,” she admits, “I wasn’t really in control of my emotions at the time and I was just out of control and there’s no excuse for it but it definitely showed everyone I needed to get help and I think two days later I was checking into rehab.”

Earlier this week, it was announced Lovato will serve as an ambassador for Secret deodorant’s “Mean Stinks” anti-bullying campaign.

2C-I or ‘Smiles’: The New Killer Drug Every Parent Should Know About

Witnesses described the 17-year-old boy as “shaking, growling, foaming at the mouth.” According to police reports, Elijah Stai was at a McDonald’s with his friend when he began to feel ill. Soon after, he “started to smash his head against the ground” and began acting “possessed,” according to a witness. Two hours later, he had stopped breathing.

The Grand Forks, North Dakota teenager’s fatal overdose has been blamed on a drug called 2C-I. The night before Stai’s overdose, another area teen, Christian Bjerk, 18, was found face down on a sidewalk. His death was also linked to the drug.

2C-I–known by its eerie street name “Smiles”–has become a serious problem in the Grand Forks area, according to local police. Overdoses of the drug have also be reported in Indiana and Minnesota. But if the internet is any indication, Smiles is on the rise all over the country.

“At the moment I am completely and fully submerged, if you can’t tell by my eyes, in a psychedelic world known as 2C-I,” says a man who appears to be in his late teens or early 20s on a YouTube video posted back in October. His pupils are dilated. He struggles to formulate a description of what he’s feeling-it’s hard to tell if its because his experience is profound or if his speech skills are simply blunted. He’s one of dozens of users providing Youtube “reports” of their experiences on the synthetic drug.

Smile’s effects have been called a combination of MDMA and LSD, only far more potent. Users have reported a speedy charge along with intense visual and aural hallucinations that can last anywhere from hours to days.

“At first I’d think something was extremely beautiful and then it look really strange,” another user says in a recorded online account.”I looked at my girlfriend’s face for a minute and it was pitch black…the black started dripping out of her eye.”

Because the drug is relatively new–it first surfaced around 2003 in European party scenes and only recently made its way to the states–the most readily accessible information about 2C-I comes from user accounts, many of which detail frightening experiences.

Kanye West Sex Tape Being Shopped

Kim Kardashian and her boyfriend Kanye West have even more in common than you think — because Kanye has a sex tape too, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting — with a Kim look-a-like!

The tape is nearly 20 minutes long and appears to have been shot in a hotel room with an unidentified female who clearly states at the beginning of the video that she’s 18 years old.

The woman also confesses to Kanye that she is married and claims, “My husband and I don’t have sex anymore… that’s why I’m here!”

With her bodacious curves, dusky skin and long black hair the woman is a definite dead ringer for Kim Kardashian.

Without a doubt it has been verified that it is Kanye in the footage.

During the couple’s steamy sex romp, they never kiss and don’t interact any further than simply doing the deed, in various positions throughout and with Kanye wearing a condom.

Kanye is clearly aware the romp is being filmed because you can see that he’s the one who set up the camera in the beginning and at the end he looks directly into it before switching it off.

According to a San Fernando sex industry insider, the video was shot sometime shortly before Kanye started dating Kim and he is terrified of the tape getting out.

“The sex tape is being shopped right now and there’s a lot of interest, but Kanye is freaking out!” the insider revealed.

“He doesn’t want this tape out and will do anything to make sure it stays private.

“If this were to hit the market it would be worth a fortune… there would definitely be a lot of people wanting to see this!

“In my expert opinion Kanye’s performance far outweighs Kim’s!”

Ironically, it’s Kanye who brags about Kim’s sex tape that she made in 2007 with Ray J in his new song, Clique.

Paris Hilton Retracts Gay Comments

Paris Hilton continued to do damage control Thursday, apologizing for saying gay men were “disgusting” and “probably had AIDS.”

“I am so sorry and so upset that I caused pain to my gay friends, fans and their families,” Hilton said in part of a lengthy apology she released to the the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD.) “Gay people are the strongest and most inspiring people I know.”

Hilton’s apology comes the same day an audio recording of her speaking about gay people appeared on the Internet.
The audio was recorded as Hilton was riding in a cab with “an openly gay male model” during New York Fashion Week in the early morning hours of Friday, September 7.

Shortly after the tape was posted Hilton’s publicist said her comments were expressions of concern about the dangers of unprotected sex, not homophobic slurs.

Hilton’s publicist confirmed the recording was authentic, but said, “It was not her intent to make any derogatory comments about all gays.” [CNN]

Amanda Bynes Gets Booted From Gym Class For “Weird” Behavior

TMZ reported this morning that Bynes was kicked out of a spin class at an L.A. Equinox gym for acting weird. She apparently took off her shirt to reveal a black pushup bra and stopped exercising midway through to begin reapplying her makeup. This offended the instructor so much that he asked her to leave. She wasn’t bothering anyone else; she was just putting on makeup. But I guess she didn’t show the proper respect to the Spinning Instructor. “How dare you defy me, isolent Earth child!!!” the instructor yelled into his little headset mic thing. “Leave this place!!” And so she did. But she’s not banned from the gym entirely. Seems the instructor took it a step too far and just wanted to be a part of the ongoing Amanda Bynes saga.

Bynes recently told People magazine that she is “amazing,” setting off on a new life course. “I am retired as an actor. I am moving to New York to launch my career. I am going to do a fashion line.” [People; TMZ]

Actress Jennifer Aniston has reportedly banned her ailing mother Nancy, 76, from attending her wedding as she has been talking about her daughter`s private life very openly. Engaged to actor Justin Theroux, Aniston had a rocky relationship with her mother ever since she blabbed too much about her personal matters in a 1996 television interview. “Being at Jennifer`s wedding to Justin was one of Nancy`s greatest late-in-life dreams, but now that dream is shattered,” a source was quoted saying. “But when Nancy started asking a bunch of questions about the upcoming event, it set off an alarm in Jennifer`s head. She realized her mom was gossiping way too much about her wedding plans. “Now she has banned Nancy from the nuptials, just like she banned her from her wedding to Brad Pitt back in 2000,” the source added.

Paris Hilton Caught On Tape Bashing Gay Men

Paris Hilton has been caught on tape making homophobic and derogatory statements about gay men who have random sex with strangers even stating “most of them probably have AIDS.”

A spokesperson for Hilton said:

“Paris Hilton’s comments were to express that it is dangerous for anyone to have unprotected sex that could lead to a life threatening disease. The conversation became heated, after a close gay friend told her in a cab ride, a story about a gay man who has AIDS and is knowingly having unprotected sex. He also discussed a website that encourages random sex by gay men with strangers. As she was being shown the website her comments were in reference to those people promoting themselves on the site. The cab driver who recorded this, only provided a portion of the conversation. It was not her intent to make any derogatory comments about all gays. Paris Hilton is a huge supporter of the gay community and would never purposefully make any negative statements about anyone’s sexual orientation.”

The heiress was in Manhattan for New York Fashion Week and in the early morning hours of Friday, September 7, Paris remarks were caught on tape by a cab driver, when her pal, who is an openly gay male model, is heard in the audio clip describing Grindr, an app that gay men use to locate other gay men for hookups.

The male friend says: “Say I log into Grindr, someone that’s on Grindr can be in that building and it tells you all the locations of where they are and you can be like, ‘Yo, you wanna f**k?’ and he might be on like, the sixth floor,” the pal says.

“Ewww. Eww. To get f**ked? Gay guys are the horniest people in the world,” Paris is heard saying in the exclusive audio in response.

“They’re disgusting. Dude, most of them probably have AIDS.”

The driver was reported saying: “I couldn’t believe what was coming out of Paris’ mouth and the way she was talking about gay men.”

Nearly halfway into the 50-second clip, Paris is heard saying she’d be afraid to be a gay man and again throws the AIDS card into the mix.

Monica Lewinsky Plans $12 Million Tell-All Book

Monica Lewinsky, the White House intern whose affair with then-President Bill Clinton shook the country, is reportedly planning to write a kiss-and-tell memoir.

Lewinsky, who is turning 40 soon, has told friends she will release love letters she wrote to Clinton and release intimate details of their liaisons, which included sex acts in the Oval Office, the New York Post reports.

The intern from Los Angeles also plans to dish the dirt on Bill Clinton’s troubled marriage to Hillary Rodham Clinton in the book, which she hopes will earn a $12 million fee.

Revelations about Clinton’s affair with Lewinsky, which he famously denied, led to his impeachment by the Republican-led House of Representatives in 1999. But he won the fight to stay in office and left office with sky-high approval ratings.

In the decade and a half since she hit the headlines, Lewinsky earned a master’s degree and worked as a journalist. She also launched a failed handbag line.

“No one will hire her and she can’t get a job because of Clinton,” a friend told The Post. “She needs to make money somehow.” We’ll see if she will be a millionaire over night with the hefty fee attached to this book!

Lindsay Lohan Arrested In NY Hit-And-Run Incident

Lindsay Lohan was arrested in New York early Wednesday in connection with leaving the scene of an accident, New York police tell RadarOnline.com. The actress made contact with the knee of a pedestrian as she parked her Porsche Cayenne in a spot at Manhattan’s Dream Hotel at around 12:30 a.m. ET. Despite hitting the man, Lohan, 26, still went inside the hotel to attend an event with her passengers. When she left the hotel around 2:30 a.m., police were waiting for her as she stepped outside. The Long Island native was arrested on the misdemeanor, handcuffed, given a desk appearance ticket and released on her own recognizance. Police said Lindsay was “cooperative” while being taken into her custody and that alcohol was not involved. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital to be checked out.
