Add an IRS seizure to the problems taxing Lindsay Lohan. Uncle Sam has taken control of all of the “Liz & Dick” star’s bank accounts in an effort to recover $233,904 in unpaid taxes from 2009 and 2011 and an unspecified amount from 2011, TMZ.com first reported. The asset freeze comes at a bad time for Lohan, 26. She’s due in court Dec. 12 for an arraignment on three misdemeanor charges related to her June car crash and may need to cough up cash for a new bail bond if Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Jane Godfrey revokes her shoplifting probation. “I’m very concerned,” dad Michael Lohan told the Daily News Monday. “Where is all her money going?” He said his famous daughter recently made more than $100,000 to promote the new Mr. Pink energy drink, and that was after she allegedly helped mom Dina Lohan stave off foreclosure on her Long Island home with some $40,000. “I care about one thing: Lindsay’s life,” Michael Lohan said. “I know she’s drinking again, and that’s bad enough. What happens if she goes to jail? They don’t detox you in jail. I want her in rehab. I wanted her in rehab six months ago.” The “Mean Girls” star is reportedly stressed over her current legal situation but adamant she does not need rehab, TMZ reported Sunday.
She’s got an extensive property portfolio and has owned two homes in New York City for the past three years.
So it’s probably a sensible decision that Madonna has decided to sell one of her Manhattan properties.
The Material Girl has placed her Central Park West duplex up for sale for a whopping $23.5million.
The listing on a local real estate company page comes after she also placed her Beverly Hills mansion up for sale in March.
The singer bought an apartment in the building when she was married to Sean Penn in the 1980s, before buying a second apartment to expand it after their divorce.
She then purchased a third apartment, turning the three units into one big duplex spanning the fifth and sixth floor of the 1907 building.
However, in recent years she has been living in triple-wide townhouse on the Upper East Side, which she bought in 2009.
The 6,000-square-foot apartment includes Juliet balconies on to the park with 110 feet of frontage on Central Park West.
The duplex includes eight bathrooms, five wood-burning fireplaces, a library, kitchen/diner and formal dining room.
The master bedroom included luxurious marble bathroom with Moorish arches, a steam shower and claw-foot tub.
The residence has been decorated in an Art Deco style by Madonna’s younger brother Christopher Ciccone, who is an interior designer.
When she’s not touring, Madonna – who is said to be worth $650 million, lives in her Upper East Side townhouse with her four children Lourdes, Rocco, David and Mercy.
She bought it for $32.5 million a year after splitting from second husband Guy Ritchie.
She spent millions of dollars renovating it before moving in.
Katie Holmes was in good spirits during an appearance on “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon” Thursday, and the actress revealed that she is open to starring in a “Dawson’s Creek” reunion.
The 33-year-old “Dead Accounts” star was relaxed and happy throughout the segment, despite it being her first post-divorce TV interview. She spoke about her latest acting gig and having slight reservations about a “Dawson’s Creek” reunion.
“We have kind of talked about it here and there but we’re like ‘what do you do’ because our last episode Michelle [Williams’] character passed away,” Holmes said with reference to the character known as “Jen.”
In September, actor Joshua Jackson, who played Pacey in the popular TV series, revealed that Holmes had contacted him to catch up shortly after her divorce from Cruise, 50, was finalized. She had reportedly been interested in the possibility of a show reunion during her marriage to Cruise, although the actor allegedly shot down the idea.

Bridges remained closed, and seven subway tunnels under the East River were flooded. Other mass transit service, including commuter rails, was also still suspended.
A wind-tossed construction crane atop one of the tallest buildings in New York City still dangled 80 stories over West 57th Street, across the street from Carnegie Hall, after coming loose during the storm.
The storm was the most destructive in the 108-year history of New York’s subway system, said Joseph J. Lhota, the chairman of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, in an early morning statement.
Fresh from her split with advertising exec Nate Taylor, the 27-year-old actress stepped out Wednesday in New York City’s West Village. Wearing Nike sweats, an Everlast hoodie and a Yankees cap, the Avengers star appeared to have just wrapped up a workout. Also in hand were her phone and a bag of takeout food.
Although Scarlett’s most famous ex, Ryan Reynolds, has since remarried after meeting new ladylove Blake Lively, we’re still holding out hope for a redux with Jared Leto. The duo were spotted holding hands in September at the Democratic National Convention, although the sighting was dismissed as strictly platonic.
Somehow we don’t think she’ll have trouble landing a new guy.

Lindsay Lohan was arrested in New York early Wednesday in connection with leaving the scene of an accident, New York police tell RadarOnline.com. The actress made contact with the knee of a pedestrian as she parked her Porsche Cayenne in a spot at Manhattan’s Dream Hotel at around 12:30 a.m. ET. Despite hitting the man, Lohan, 26, still went inside the hotel to attend an event with her passengers. When she left the hotel around 2:30 a.m., police were waiting for her as she stepped outside. The Long Island native was arrested on the misdemeanor, handcuffed, given a desk appearance ticket and released on her own recognizance. Police said Lindsay was “cooperative” while being taken into her custody and that alcohol was not involved. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital to be checked out.
